FLOWs

LOWs is written by scholars at the Water Governance Department of IHE Delft Institute for Water Education. We are a multidisciplinary team bridging social sciences (geography, political science, law, anthropology) with water management, engineering and hydrology. Our approach to water governance underscores the interaction and inter-wovenness of ecological, social and technological systems, the dynamic nature of governance arrangements and processes; and the political dimension of these processes and of the knowledge which uphold and legitimate them.
