Small holder farmers, fisherfolk and pastoralists in Africa will be the hardest hit by climate change even though their continent is the least polluting globally. Agronomists, environmentalists, ecologists and development activists who met at a conference on Climate Change, Agriculture, Fisheries and Pastoralism in Africa at Selingue village, about 200km south of Bamako in Mali said farmers, fisherfolk and pastoralists were already feeling the negative effects of climate change.
