This report analyzes the progress of countries and Regional Economic Communities (RECs) in implementing the Abuja Declaration on Fertilizer for an African Green Revolution. The New Partnership for Africa’s Development (NEPAD) Planning and Coordinating Agency (NEPAD Agency) gathered the information from countries through questionnaires and from RECs through written progress reports. Both instruments covered January to December 2010. The two purposes were to: (1) collect and analyze data and information on implementation of the Abuja Declaration from January to December 2010 and (2) assess progress in implementation by analyzing the results for the six reporting periods since June 2006-June 2007.
