Since 2017, the Forum on Farmer and Herder Relations in Nigeria (FFARN) brings together academics, practitioners, and policymakers to discuss the latest research and propose joint solutions for preventing further violence.

The plaform has producted a collection of white papers that cover a range of topics, including women’s experiences in the conflict, climate change, rising criminality, and more. The latest one examines the transnational dimensions of the conflict across six West African countries: Burkina Faso, Cameroon, Chad, Mali, Niger, and Nigeria.
