Developing countries need to act fast to scale up agricultural practices that have proven successful in increasing yields and reducing vulnerability. But despite the urgent need, many projects are still in its pilot phase. So what is hindering countries and farmers from adopting and rolling out successful agricultural practices? What should we do differently in the future to help farmers create and maintain resilience under a variable climate? These were some of the questions discussed during the 29 Brussels Briefing session on climate change, agriculture and food security, organised by the Technical Centre for Agricultural and Rural Cooperation (CTA) and the CGIAR Research Program on Climate Change, Agriculture and Food Security (CCAFS).
