Created in 2006, Com4Dev is a collective of experts and organizations specialized in Communication for Development (C4D). Com4Dev aims to strengthen development and international solidarity organizations in this field through training, the development of strategies and studies or adapted tools. This is so that the beneficiaries of the projects can better express their needs and their rights, in particular to be actors of their own change.
