The National Association of Nigerian Traders (NANTS) with the support of GIZ -Pro-Poor Growth and Promotion of Employment in Nigeria Programme (SEDIN) has developed a analytical and sensitization series aimed at educating and informing business operators – especially those of micro, small and medium enterprises – and private sector practitioners, but also policy makers including enforcement officials in Nigeria, nay, ECOWAS on various policies, regulations and regimes governing cross border trade and regional integration; as well as make recommendations for the different stakeholders on what steps to take in order to accelerate effective regional trade integration and maximise its positive effects on broad-based poverty reduction in West Africa.
