L'APE porte atteinte à la coopération régionale en Afrique australe

La Communauté de développement de l’Afrique australe (SADC) devrait engager de sérieuses discussions pour empêcher l’accord de partenariat économique ( APE) avec l’Union européenne (UE) de détruire ses efforts d’intégration régionale, a déclaré Paul Kalenga, conseiller principal en politiques commerciales au secrétariat de la SADC à Gaborone, au Botswana.
