Le point sur les signatures d’ APE partiels ou complets, accompagnés des nombreuses sources. Dans la seconde moitié du mois de novembre et les trois premières semaines de décembre 2007, toute une série d’ APE intérimaires et un APE complet (Caraïbes-UE) ont été signés.
