Certains APE intérimaires pourraient ne pas être conclus

Certains pays des 35 Etats ACP qui ont parafé des accords de partenariat économique ( APE) intérimaires peuvent encore se retirer du processus - à part les 44 États qui ont jusqu’ici refusé de signer des APE avec l’UE, selon des chercheurs qui étudient ce lourd processus de négociations commerciales.
