Le projet de loi portant orientation agricole ne passera pas à l’Assemblée Populaire Nationale tel que présenté par le gouvernement. C’est du moins ce que promettent les députés. Le texte a soulevé un tollé hier, au niveau de la chambre basse. Tous les intervenants ont mis en relief les défaillances du projet qui vise en principe à assurer la protection des ressources naturelles, particulièrement les terres arables et l’eau.
